Terms of service.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when your order ships. We reserve the right to decline or refund any order — for instance, if a product is mispriced or out of stock.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable duties. Payment is taken at checkout via our processor. We do not store card details.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are eligible for store credit if you've experienced an adverse reaction — write to us with a short note and a photo.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

All photography, copy, formulations, and the Maison Florivid name and marks are owned by us. You're welcome to share, quote, and link — please don't reproduce wholesale without asking.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Patch-test before first use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the products beyond the purchase price.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in good correspondence will be heard by the courts of Paris.
